1. General Policy All purchases of services (including 1:1 strategy sessions) are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.
2. Rescheduling Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accepted.
3. Missed Sessions If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Provider If Issam Darui cancels or is unable to deliver the session, the client will be offered either:
